Powder Room for a spec project in Houston’s River Oaks neighborhood. Louvered panels provide texture and concealed storage. A modern dimensional stone mosaic punctuates a focal point partition. A shallow tray ceiling feature breaks up a long narrow space and defines functional zones in this space.

Studies for a project in Houston's River Oaks neighborhood. This kitchen features concealed full height pantry/storage cabinets, garden views, a modern wide panel venthood, large island, and oval ceiling tray. Option A: White Oak cabinetry with limestone counters and venthood cover, medium oak Listone Giordano floors, and an aged brass backsplash. Option B: Travertine clad cabinetry, with Eros Gray marble counters and splash, and a walnut clad island with aged brass accents. Furnishings by Henry Timi and William Katavolos.
